Fandom speculated a long time ago that Zexion's weapon was a Keyblade. I've been told the roots for this theory come from interviews with Nomura, where he explains that, in the Proof of Existence in KH2, he decided to obscure Zexion's placard because his weapon might be too much of a spoiler. Rumors abounded.

One day I asked Tai for a challenge, and she told me to write about Zexion's Keyblade.

Well- I wrote Ienzo's Keyblade, and I hope that's close enough. ;)
